This Roasted Vanilla and Honey Pears Recipe is the Perfect End to Your Meal
We believe that a delightful dessert is a sweet end to every meal, and there's no better time than to enjoy a delicious dessert together with family at home during this period of social distancing. Desserts have a certain special way of bringing people together, whether it’s a classic carrot cake or an apple pie. With winter approaching, we’ve set aside our usual chilled desserts in favour for a warm one like the Roasted Vanilla and Honey Pears created by Julia of La Pose Gourmande.
This warm and hearty dessert is a simple recipe that can be baked in under an hour, including the prep time. For this recipe we used the Falcon Enamel Cake Pan as the enamelled surface prevents the honey and pears from sticking, and its vintage design looks simply stunning when served straight from the oven to the dinner table. This dessert is delightfully sweet with a light tartness to it from the lemon juice, making it the perfect finish to a delicious homemade dinner.
