Dispatch Times
At Everten, we aim to process your order within three days. Please be aware that items may be dispatched from multiple locations, potentially resulting in separate deliveries. However, we do our utmost to minimise this occurrence.
Once you receive your shipping notification, anticipate delivery within two to seven business days for most orders. While we strive for punctuality, there might be instances of delays, especially in remote areas or during high-demand periods like Black Friday, Christmas, and Boxing Day.
Shipping Method
Everten partners with a variety of delivery partners, including Australia Post, with some items dispatched directly from our partner warehouses using various courier companies. You'll be notified of the shipping partner via your order tracking information.
Items shipped directly from our partners are clearly marked on the product page. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with tracking details. We deliver to residential addresses, business addresses, and PO boxes. If shipping to a business address, kindly provide the business name and a contact name.
Most orders require a signature upon delivery, although some exceptions may apply. If you're unavailable to sign for your parcel, a postal card will be left for collection at a later time.
WA Orders: Please note that items shipped by our partner warehouses via courier may take up to 15 working days for delivery, with limited tracking available until reaching the local depot/sorting facility.
