In the rare event that your goods arrive damaged or faulty, we're here to resolve the issue swiftly. Please contact us and include your order number, item description and image of the faulty item.


Warranty Claims

All items on our website come with the relevant Australian warranty. Please note that return shipping of faulty goods to Everten is the responsibility of the customer. We're committed to ensuring your warranty claims are processed smoothly, leveraging our strong relationships with our suppliers to rectify any issues promptly.


Change of Mind


If you've had a change of heart within the 30-day money-back period, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:


Return the item within 30 days of purchase

Provide Proof of Purchase

Ensure the item is in re-saleable condition, including:

  • Original packaging, including instruction manuals and accessories
  • Unused and in its original condition

Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to Everten, whether in-store or online.
