All items on our website come with the relevant Australian warranty. Please note that return shipping of faulty goods to Everten is the responsibility of the customer. Change of Mind
If you've had a change of heart within the 30-day money-back period, we're happy to offer a refund or exchange provided the following conditions are met:
Return the item within 30 days of purchase
Provide Proof of Purchase
Ensure the item is in re-saleable condition, including:
- Original packaging, including instruction manuals and accessories
- Unused and in its original condition
Please note: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning goods to Everten, whether in-store or online.
