A classic English dessert made with only a few ingredients. Refreshing, tart and creamy, these posset pots have the addition of fragrant passionfruit. A quick and easy, elegant dessert which is perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients
- 600ml Cream
- ¾ Cup Caster Sugar
- 4 Passionfruit
- Juice of 1 Lemon
Instructions
- Add the cream and sugar together in a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil.
- Once a low boil has started, take off the heat and stir in the lemon juice and the pulp of 3 of the passionfruit.
- Pour into 6 small ramekins and place in the fridge to set for at least 2 hours (up to 48 hours).
- Decorate each pot with some of the pulp of the remaining passionfruit and serve cold.
