Ingredients

  • 15 slider buns
  • 560g ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 6 slices American cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°C.
  2. Season beef with salt and pepper.
  3. Brown beef and onions in a medium skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Place bottom half of the buns into a rectangular pan (or 23 x 33cm cake pan).
  5. Spoon beef mixture over the top.
  6. Place cheese slices on top of the beef.
  7. Put top buns on top on the mixture.
  8. Mix the garlic salt with the melted butter and pour over the tops of the buns.
  9. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  10. Bake for 10 minutes until the cheese is melted and the buns are soft. ENJOY!
