The Best Garlic Crusher by Dreamfarm

David Kahn |

This Garject is a garlic press that is new and improved and definitely a cut above the rest. Made from sturdy anodized metal, the Garject feels strong and durable and has been cleverly designed to outperform other garlic presses. What is it with the standard garlic presses you can buy? They can’t even fit one whole clove of Australian garlic! The Garject is large enough to press 2 cloves. After the garlic has been pressed, a scraper cleans off the pressed garlic into your cooking without the need to touch it. The other feature I love about this garlic press is the peel eject lever. Firstly, this means that you don’t even have to peel the clove before you press it! Then, the lever actually comes up automatically as you open the handle to loosen the garlic peel and skins left behind in the press. Then you can press the peel eject lever again to throw away the peels into the bin. So easy! A simple press of the thumb and the peels go straight into the bin The eject button and the scraper means you never have to dig around with your fingers to get the remaining peel. No more scrubbing and scrubbing to get the stubborn smell of garlic off your hands! After use, the Garject is cleaned easily under running water. It’s about time the garlic press was re-invented!
