Making Pizza Better With The Masterpro Pizza Oven

Homemade pizza is taken to the next level with the Masterpro pizza oven. Made for every single pizza lover out there, it prepares perfectly crisp pizzas without leaving home. Possibly a nightmare for those pizza restaurants…
With a fixed ceramic stone base, moisture is absorbed to allow an evenly cooked crisp base. The oven heats up to 300 degrees, which means your pizza can be ready in 5min! It is that simple.
So forget those meaty BBQs this summer, it’s all about those cheesy pizzas!
Fresh ingredients make all the difference!
Today I made fresh pizza dough, but you can use whatever you want; from pita bread to wraps to frozen pre-made pizza bases.
To make the dough is simple and fun, all you need is flour, yeast, olive oil, water and a pinch of salt.
Once the dough has risen to double the size, punch out the air and divide it appropriately (for 500g of flour I managed to make 4 individual pizzas).
I preheated the New Wave oven (setting 1.5) to allow the stone to heat up before putting on the pizza base.
Once I unskilfully shaped the dough I placed it on the preheated stone, and began decorating it with my favourite toppings.
I put the heat up (setting 2.5) and set the timer for 5min.
The oven has a little window to see your pizza’s progress without having to open it.
The pizzas were super crisp and full of flavour.
Using the New Wave oven was a complete different experience and outcome than using a regular oven when making pizza!
