baking dish is the perfect size for family casseroles. I love the deep sides, which allow the dish to hold quite a large volume in a layered dish like lasagna or enchiladas. I like how the baking dish transfers straight from oven to table – you can cook directly in the dish and it will still look beautiful and elegant when on your dining table.
This baking dish is so versatile: I use it a lot for roast potatoes, casseroles or easy, all-in-one dinners such as roasted chicken or fish with vegetables.

I found the baking dish a cinch to clean, even with the baked-on sauce. The smooth and glossy enamel which coats the ceramic is easily wiped clean with a soapy cloth. Or, simply allow your dishwasher to do the work for you.
