The Best Non-Stick Muffin & Cupcake Pan from Bakemaster
Becky Gilhespie |
Bakemaster provides a whole range of quality products for all your baking needs. The keyword there being quality - the range is made from heavy duty carbon steel and has a double layer of non-stick coating. It’s so frustrating when baked goods stick to the pan after going to all that effort!
I’ve never felt like a great baker, as I’m one of these cooks who prefer not to follow a recipe and throw in a bit of this and a bit of that. Although I’m slowly improving with my baking, this Muffin Tin by Bakemaster made it easier to get improved results – less mess, less room for error and even rise/browning. I find my muffins rise evenly and release freely every time using my Bakemaster Muffin/Cupcake 12 Cup Pan.
The pans from Bakemaster have rolled edges, which stop them from warping in the oven’s heat. They are also oven safe for up to 260 degrees and dishwasher, fridge and freezer safe, too. The non-stick coating makes for easy cleaning with a simple rinse of hot water.
I can’t believe it but after all these years I have never owned a cooling rack! Cooling racks are important for getting the perfect results in your cookies and cakes, as it allows the cool air to circulate underneath, stopping the cooking process and stopping any excess condensation from pooling. The Bakemaster Cooling Rack is an extra large size, meaning you can bake a whole batch of cookies or muffins and cool them all perfectly straight out of the oven.
