Le Creuset Recipe: Baked Feta and Cherry Tomatoes

A tasty teaser — the perfect starter dish for cheese lovers!

This Greek recipe is sure to add a burst of flavour to any meal or dish, with the added bonus of being simple and easy to create. Salty feta perfumed with oregano and bursting cherry tomatoes. Enjoy with a vibrant salad and/or crusty bread. We've prepared this in one of our favourite baking dishes from Le Creuset.

Time: 30 minutes | Serves: 4-6

Ingredients:

  • 500g mixed cherry tomatoes
  • 200g block feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/180C Fan.
  2. Place the block of feta in the centre of a baking dish. Place the tomatoes around it. Drizzle with oil, then sprinkle over the oregano. Season the tomatoes with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake for 30 minutes or until feta is brown around the edges.
  4. Serve with crusty bread.
