The Wusthof Crafter’s Bread Knife 23cm is perfect for slicing through tougher loaves of bread such as sourdough, baguettes, and even soft cakes or overripe tomatoes. With its serrated blade edge, this knife glides through hard textures easily without breaking the structure or integrity of the bread or cake that is being cut. This knife is also perfect for cutting up rocky hard-exterior fruits such as cantaloupes and melons.
