A company that is rich with glassmaking history dating back as far as 1845 where it started producing snuff bottles, used to store tobacco, that were decorative with fine glass mirrors and beads.
Spiegelau started producing crystal glasses in the early 1900s, where each glass was produced by hand and in 2004 was acquired by the Riedel glass company.
The company has earned itself a reputation for producing superb quality crystal wine glasses and even earned a Red Dot award for design in 2015 for the Spiegelau Craft Beer Collection which featured five custom-shaped glasses for IPA (India Pale Ale), Stout, American Wheat Beer, Barrel Aged Beer and Pilsner. This set is still one of our best sellers and is loved by beer lovers.
