Scanpan Coppernox Cookware

A Scanpan Coppernox set of cookware takes traditional stainless steel cookware a step further by combining a copper-infused base for fast and even heat distribution, enveloped by two layers of aluminium to prevent heat spots, while providing greater control when cooking. The striking contrast of the polished copper edge against the stainless steel is both attractive and functional. Scanpan integrates silicone into the handles, making them ergonomic and eliminating the need for oven gloves when heated. The Scanpan Coppernox range is suitable for all heat sources, including induction stovetops, and is oven safe up to 220ºC.
