With more than 180 years experience, skill and technique, Nachtmann produces high quality Bavarian crystal glassware. The company has earned a reputation for creating some of the finest crystal Scotch whiskey glasses, vases and wine glasses.

Nachtmann crystal glassware dates back to 1834 when its founder Michael Nacthmann, a glassmaker, founded his first company manufacturing their first crystal glassware in Unterhutte within the Bavarian Forest. After the Second World War, the company started rebuilding its production facilities with crystal glass production in Neustadt and Riedlhutte.  

The company operated independently until in 2004, one of the world's most renowned crystal glassware companies, Riedel took over the company and brought it within its umbrella of glassware production.
