Wusthof Chef Knives & Knife Blocks

Wusthof knives are made in Solingen, the ‘City of Blades’, in Germany, which is famous for sword and knife making. The history of Wusthof goes back to 1814, and the company is still family-owned and managed, ensuring that quality remains the benchmark for German-made knives that are renowned and used by chefs globally.

Everten stocks an extensive range of Wusthof knives, along with scissors, sharpeners and other essential cutting implements. Wusthof chef knives are a valuable addition to your kitchen; strength is guaranteed as they are forged in one piece and have a triple-riveted handle. Finely balanced, they are a pleasure to use. If you want classic knives for your kitchen Wusthof chef knives are ideal; buy them individually, as a set or in a knife block. You will never be disappointed by Wusthof chef knives.

What are the most popular Wusthof Knives?

Producing knives for over two centuries, Wusthof produced many collections over the years, the most popular that continue to sell today are:

Wusthof Classic

The Wusthof Classic knife range is the original and most popular range from the company, loved by chefs and cooks globally and recognised by their iconic triple-riveted handles which to date is their best-selling range. A great range to start your Wusthof journey

Wusthof Ikon

For those finding the Classic range to be a bit too heavy and cumbersome, particularly those who are not professional chefs used to handling such knives or generally have smaller hands, we tend to recommend the Classic Ikon range which features rounded handles for a more easy grip and adds a touch of modern design. The Classic Ikon knife blocks look absolutely superb in any kitchen and are available with handles in both black and white finishes.

Wusthof Amici

The latest from Solingen, Wusthof combines their quality forged steel blades with stunning Italian Calabrian olive wood handles. The distinctly grained handles that are both attractive and unique to each knife also combines purpose beyond aesthetic as olive-wood is naturally antibacterial. water repellant and highly durable.

Wusthof Epicure

We are proud to be stocking Wusthof Epicure range, an incredible line of knives combining German engineering with Japanese design. The handles are made from natural and sustainable wood fibres mixed with resin to minimise fatigue and provide both comfort and hygiene combined with a single piece of steel for the ultimate in cutting performance.

Wusthof Performer

Combining centuries of craftsmanship experience from their headquarters in Solingen, comes the Wusthof Performer series. Each knife features a DLC coating which add a unique hardness combined with the water-repellent lotus effect, ensuring blades stay clean for precision and cutting performance. As with all Wusthof knives, each Performer knife is constructed from one piece of steel and then finished to perfection by hand with their experienced craftsmen. We love their Hexagon Power Grip that is striking to look at but is highly functional by its innovative anti-slip design. For those wanting the very best of German-made knives with a penchant for unique style, you cannot look past this superb range of chef knives.
