Buttery, cheesy and garlicky pull-apart bundts—perfect for sharing!
This pull-apart bundt recipe is so adaptable and really family-friendly. Use whatever you have on hand to make it your own. You can even get the kids to help on this one because they’ll definitely be grabbing at it when it’s finished.
I’ve been busting to give a savoury bake a try in one of my bundt pans. So here we are today with this classic shape from USA Pan, which is absolutely perfect for this size of the treat. It’s one of my biggest bundt pans on hand, and I’ve made so many cakes in this pan already, so let me say it never fails to impress me. Do you know what my favourite feature is? It’s SO easy to clean! This pan is hands down the easiest to prepare and use, I’ve never had anything stick, and the hype to give USA Pan a go is absolutely warranted! For this pull-apart bundt, my hack is to use store-bought pizza dough found in the cold section of your supermarket. It is pre-made and makes this recipe really quick and easy. The dough just needs to be divided out, and it’s ready to go. Feel free, of course, to make your own pizza dough from scratch if that’s what you love doing!
Today I wanted to use a variety of spices, herbs, seeds and parmesan for my pull-apart. I’ve arranged all my condiments in little bowls, and in a larger bowl, melted some salted butter and a few garlic cloves to make a garlic butter which acts as the base. Don’t be shy to make this really strong to get that mouth-watering garlic bread smell!
Divide and roll your dough into small bite-sized pieces – remember these will rise and get bigger as they bake. Dunk one at a time into your garlic butter, then roll into your spice or herbs, and place into the tin. Alternate and layer your dough balls until the pan is half-filled. It’s honestly as simple as that.
If you love that really cheesy pull-away look, I'd recommend sprinkling mozzarella between your pieces. Next time, I’m thinking of making a pesto and mozza pull-apart – doesn’t that sound so good!? YUM.

You could even make this a sweet bundt and do it with apple pieces inside the dough balls, and roll them in butter and cinnamon sugar! The options are simply endless.
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180C. 2. Divide your dough into small balls. Dunk and coat them one at a time in the garlic butter, then roll the ball to coat in one of your spices, and place into your tin.
