A delicious and easy brownie recipe with pecans and hazelnuts
What is sweet, versatile, perfect for all occasions, and loved by both young and old alike? Brownies of course! There is nothing that screams a delicious childhood more than a classic fudge brownie with a scoop of ice cream.
These delicious morsels are usually the entry point for budding bakers. Why do we say they are perfect for almost everyone? Depending on the ingredients you have on hand, you can bake brownies that are nutty, fudgy, or even take it up a notch by baking cheesecake brownies!
That said, here is an easy brownie recipe that we all love. It's such a simple recipe that we can get creative by adding in our favourite nuts and even extra chocolate on top for a sinfully rich tray of brownies. For this recipe, we used De Buyer's Stainless Steel Perforated Cheesecake Mould. The 2mm perforations on the pan ensure that the brownies are evenly baked, while the removable base and non-stick baking sheet allow us to easily remove the brownies from the pan without crumbling it for the perfect presentation.
