Simply add in the ingredients and leave the Cuisinart Multi Cooker to do all the work!
The variety of dishes you can make in a slow cooker is incredible. However, many recipes require you to sauté / brown ingredients before adding it to the slow cooker. This is where the multi cooker takes an extra load off the home cook. All the browning can be done in the cooker, using temperatures of up to 200°C, by selecting the browning function. You can then switch to a high or low slow cooker function and leave your meal to cook. No extra pans are needed and there is no need to move food from cooker top to slow cooker. With just a little bit of prep in the morning, you can have delicious home-cooked meals ready and waiting for you in the evening.
Another fantastic function of this multi cooker is the steamer. Add water to the cooker and place your food on the cooking rack provided, set the required time and let it do its work. There is a delicious sounding recipe for steamed artichokes with garlic in the recipe book included. I’m looking forward to trying it, along with many of the other breakfast, side, main meal and dessert recipes.
You can't go wrong when all you have to do is add ingredients and push one-touch buttons. The removable cooking pan has a non-stick coating and every removable piece can be hygienically cleaned in the dishwasher.
Evenly cooked and rich with flavour, slow cooking has never been so simple
This is one of my favourite slow-cooked meals that I finish off in the grill. It is a great family friendly meal that can be tailored to suit tastes.
