Everten's New Line of MasterClass Bakeware

David Kahn |

Master Class Bakeware: Superior Function, Durability and Style! Cook with Confidence.

There’s a reason people come back from Paris raving about the bread and pastries. There’s a reason real estate agents bake cookies to sell houses. Baking is amazing. From the first time humans began collecting grains and turning them into bread, we’ve been obsessively working on a species-wide effort to bake outstanding things. That brings us to you. Some people devote years to simply learning how to bake the perfect ciabatta. You may not have that kind of time, but with the right bakeware, a great recipe or two, and a little bit of love, you can create your own masterpieces. You can stand on top of that history and say, “Yes, a few hundred thousand years of baking has led to this cupcake, and it is worthy.” But to make it happen, you need the right baking equipment. That’s why we’re excited to tell you about our new line of Master Class bakeware. What’s so different about this new line? It starts with...

Obsession with Quality and Design

Obsession with Quality and Design How do you know what to look for? Start by finding those bakeware makers who seem just a bit more obsessed than the others. Little details that other manufacturers and designers might let slide, tiny inconveniences you might assume are a normal part of baking: those are unacceptable. Enter Master Class Bakeware and Master Class Professional Bakeware. What kinds of inconveniences are we talking about? Get ready to say, “Wait a minute, I don’t have to put up with that?” No. No, you don’t.

Crispy Outside, Flaky Inside: Is that Too Much to Ask?

Crispy Outside, Flaky Inside: Is that Too Much to Ask? Turns out, it’s not. Usually, if you want to bake something with a nice crispy outside, while ensuring everything is cooked to perfection on the inside, you need a masterful technique, or more likely, just luck. But Master Class Bakeware has thought this through, tested, tested some more, and come up with a solution with their Crusty Bake line. Small holes in the bakeware allow moisture to easily escape from the sides of your pan or tray. That escaping is the difference between sides that can be mushy or too soft to ones with just the right crisp. Or, if you like your sides on the softer end (no judgement here), all of the same products are available in hole-free versions. Having trouble imagining just how these kinds of products work? You can watch them in action. Oh, and this design won the 2014 Excellence in Housewares award for “Excellence in Cookware.” No big deal.

Non-Stick Like Whoa

Whether you want those crisping holes or not, you need a seriously tough, yet gentle, non-stick coating to get you through. How tough are we talking? Tough enough that they come with a five-year warranty. That's just on the coating, not on the whole product (the entire product has a 20-year warranty). Think about the landfills full of scratched up non-stick bakeware and you’ll see why that’s a bit of a big deal. What’s surprising is that these pans are safe for use in the dishwasher, they can be frozen and refrigerated: they’re ready for all the rigours of your average kitchen. There’s nothing like saying goodbye to the bakeware paranoia of “can I wash this, will I hurt it if I...?” When you’re baking, you have plenty of other things you need to focus on. Non-Stick Like Whoa These pans are also made with intense levels of precision. Every corner, lip, and surface is designed to be just right to give you consistent and beautiful results. So whether having your corners just so is important to you or you’re just after great flavour, this bakeware is there to perform. Plus, Master Class’ non-stick coatings are BPA, PFOA, and PTFE free. If you haven’t heard of those chemicals, they’ve been sneaking around in other bakeware brands for years. All we can say is good riddance.

One Final Question...

The only question left is what recipe to prepare with some of that new Master Class bakeware.
