I find this cutting board/tray extremely useful! So simple and practical in its design, it really is like having another pair of hands. I love that it saves up on washing too, by using fewer things in the kitchen. Made from high-quality bamboo makes the board lightweight and eco-friendly, too.
Simply chop your ingredients on one side, then turn over to use the same board as a serving tray. Another great feature is that the cutting board side has a silicon juice catcher all around the edges. This is great for making less mess when cutting juicy fruits like melon or also excellent when carving meats. Catch all those amazing juices after resting a piece of meat and pour over for a lovely juice.
This board is absolutely perfect when camping. I found it the most used piece of equipment we had this summer season when we camped for 2 weeks straight. We saved space and used not only for cooking but when transporting ingredients from table to BBQ or carrying a stack of dirty dishes to the washing up station.
This board makes an excellent tray for kids to hold drinks or snacks on the sofa. Non-slip food gripping patterns help to keep everything in place. Again, it’s very handy to prep the food on the board in the kitchen, then simply turn over to use as a tray.
