Euro Scrubby and Town Talk Polish
Clean your kitchen and beyond with Euro Scrubby
I put the Euro Scrubby to the test around my kitchen and inside and out of my home – the performance of the cloths and sponge was outstanding. I was drawn by the label as the first claim is that is great for cleaning boats! I don’t have a boat but I do have a BAB (Big A** Barbecue). I also had an oven in need of a little TLC and a handsome antique Chinese stone table on the porch which came with our house as it is too heavy to move. I don’t think it had actually been cleaned properly in decades.
The Scrubby, which comes in a small and large size, is good for getting into hard to reach places. I find when cleaning, nothing works better than your own hands and arms – a bit of elbow-grease. The Euro Scrubby helps protect your fingers with its durable surface so you’re able to clean thoroughly and feel your way into cracks, crevices and corners. The sponge has a padded layer on its inside, making it softer and able to soak up warm soapy water for more gentle cleaning.
The Euro Scrubby is safe to clean virtually any surface without scratching: marble, glass, chrome, porcelain, non-stick surfaces, furniture, cars, boats and garden tools. Does it clean the kids? I would say so and would’ve tried, however the surface of the Euro scrubby is actually quite rough to the touch, which is one of the reasons why it cleans so well. The course loop fibres point away from the fabric, so that the dirt/grease is easily lifted up and held away on the scrubber. (it seems like the Euro Scrubby has been modelled on a cat’s tongue!)
Euro Scrubby comes in several attractive prints and bright colours. Everten randomly selects which colours and designs get placed into your order.
Town Talk Polish
Town Talk Polish Co. has been in the cleaning business since before Federation. Proudly based in Lancashire, England, the company got its very name in the Victorian era because it had become the ‘talk of the town’ with the success of its polishing range for fine silver and jewellery. The company has been providing high quality cleaning solutions ever since, and has more recently expanded with a line for cleaning kitchen and bathroom surfaces. Town Talk prides itself on creating eco-friendly products, formulated to have minimal impact on the environment. They do not test their products on animals.
The Versatile Bergamot & Lime Surface Cleaner has a fresh and light fragrance from the natural and essential oils, which also make it naturally anti-bacterial. As a mum with a toddler and a crawling baby, a high performing cleaner with no harsh chemicals is a must.
The spray mists onto the surface and wipes clean easily. It had my counter tops looking clean and shiny. I also cleaned around my gas burners with ease. I would highly recommend this product for its performance and environmentally friendly credentials.
