The Woll Diamond Lite Induction Frypan shines bright like a diamond when it comes to quality, functionality and durability. Using the WOLL diamond in the kitchen this week has been a dream come true. I have made everything from steak, bacon and eggs, vegetables, and shakshuka with the pan, and the results have been seamless. There are multiple reasons why the WOLL stands out above the rest.

Firstly, the coating remains perfectly intact despite the number of uses the pan has had. WOLL pans have actual diamonds that have been placed in the coating of the pan! Diamonds are the hardest mineral in the world. This makes the pan resistant to scratches and gives it the ability to tolerate extremely high temperatures. Food glides on and off the coating easily, and the rate at which the pan heats up is unbelievable. Having worked with many induction cooktops, I've learned that it can be a struggle to get heat evenly distributed across a frypan. The WOLL has no such trouble with even heat distribution and works perfectly on all induction cooktops.

Additionally, the removable handle is a feature I never knew I needed. At first, I was hesitant with the thought of using it as I thought it would be a difficult task to clip and unclip the handle. I couldn’t have been more wrong! The handle clips on and off easily in the blink of an eye. Being able to cook food on the stovetop and then immediately place the pan in the oven cooks food perfectly and quickly as the pan is able to retain heat well.

Secondly, the pan's large size generally means that it would be difficult to fit the pan along with the handle in the oven or dishwasher. Fortunately, being able to unclip the handle allows it to fit anywhere effortlessly. Having a pan that easily fits in the oven or the dishwasher sure makes cooking and cleaning a whole lot simpler!
