Non-Stick Like Whoa
Whether you want those crisping holes or not, you need a seriously tough, yet gentle, non-stick coating to get you through. How tough are we talking? Tough enough that they come with a five-year warranty. That's just on the coating, not on the whole product (the entire product has a 20-year warranty). Think about the landfills full of scratched up non-stick bakeware and you’ll see why that’s a bit of a big deal.
What’s surprising is that these pans are safe for use in the dishwasher, they can be frozen and refrigerated: they’re ready for all the rigours of your average kitchen.
