As advertised

I have been looking for a butter dish which would hold a 500gm rectangular butter pat as used at Coles Supermarkets. Ihave bought some on line but the lid didn't lift off leaving the butter on the plate. When I found this butter dish I was able to confirm it was what I wanted. Very happy with both service and product.

A fab butter dish... either way up.

It fits any butter... Yay!! I have been wanting a deep butter dish for the summer, so I bought this with the intention (and hope) of flipping it. Happily I can use this dish either way up: flat plate normally (when butter remains firm at room temperature) or flip it (in the height of summer when the butter seriously softens).... I only keep butter in the fridge if it is seriously melting into liquid.
