Le Creuset Heritage Sauteuse 28cm CeristThe Le Creuset Heritage Cast Iron Sautepans are great for frying and sauteing and features a wooden handle and iron helper handle. The durable enameled cast iron pans have excellent heat retaining properties. Each piece is unique, cast from molten iron in a sand mould which is used only once. The interior is Satin Black enamel which is robust and suitable for higher surface temperature cooking.
