The Wusthof Classic Ikon Paring Knife is the most versatile of all parers. This knife is great for mincing shallots, onions, and herbs, as well as cleaning and cutting vegetables. The razor sharp, pointed blade also means that this knife can be used as a larding knife. The Wusthof Classic Ikon series consists of various professional knives with modern design, completely forged from one piece of X50CRMoV15 stainless steel with an optimal Rockwell 58 hardness. The beautifully contoured handle of the knives are made from durable synthetic materials including stainless steel end pieces for perfect weight, balance, and an impressive appearance.
