The Superior Series features thin blades ranging from 2. 0mm to 2. 5mm, reducing wedging into cuts while offering a slightly stiffer feel compared to the Original Series. Crafted with Mac's premium Superior steel, these knives undergo sub-zero tempering for enhanced edge retention. This knife features an elevated handle and rounded tip ensuring better knuckle clearance, safety, and convenient hanging options for these exceptional knives.
