This medium-sized Scanpan Classic Roast Pan is ideal for cooking a full-sized turkey along with plenty of vegetables for sharing at your table. Whether you're roasting a chicken or simple herb potatoes, this pan ensures consistent results that are nothing short of delicious. This roast pan is suitable for all stove tops excluding induction, and is perfect for transferring from stove or oven to table. The Stratanium non-stick cooking surface means that less oil is required during the cooking process, and cleaning is easier too.

The best.

This is the best roasting pan I have ever used. I have been using mine for a couple of years, and my daughter was also so impressed with the pan so I bought her on too. She loves it, it's so easy to clean and nothing sticks to it, the roast potatoes come out perfectly crisp.

Best Roasting Pan I've ever used

This is an amazing pan for roasting meat, vegetables, anything! Everything cooked to perfection every time. The surface is so durable and washes clean very easily. This is my 2nd one (of this size) and I use it all the time. I've just replaced it after 20 years constant use. Scanpan Classic items are a fantastic investment. Everton were so good to deal with. I originally ordered the wrong size (which wouldn't fit in my oven!) and customer service were so helpful in assisting me to return it and to purchase the correct size. Great buying experience!
