Not as good as I expected
It's no where near as easy to use as expected. I already have a microplane grater and have used it for many, many years. This product really doesn't do the job I thought it would. I'll give it another try, but first impression was not good!
Works well enough
It works well, but you need to put an implement on the end of the vegetable to use up as much of the vegetable you can, and save your fingers. There is also a small round cylinder of the vegetable left over. It’s not a big gadget, but if you make noodles only a few times, it’s good enough.
