Very easy to use , quicker than slicing with a knife. Best feature would have to be the very sharp blade.

I bought what I thought was a very good German made slicer in UK 2 years ago. It was flat with attachable graters but the catches did not last long and disappointed. This new one is sharp and non bulky and the blades are easily changeable. I like it. Irene
