This Wusthof Classic knife has a traditional 3-rivet design and is hot-drop forged from a single blank of chromium-molybdenum-vanadium steel hardened to 58° Rockwell, making it incredibly strong and durable. Featuring a good weight, finish and cutting properties, this Wusthof Classic piece is a much easier and safer knife to use, a must-have for aspiring chefs and professionals alike. Caution: Cook´s knives have been ground extra thin for the ultimate cutting performance. Chopping through bones will damage the fine edge.

Very friendly and helpful!

We bought a couple of Wusthof knives recently. They are both extremely well made and sharp. Everten shipped them quickly and when we wanted to exchange one of the knives for a smaller one, they were friendly and did the exchange quickly with no fuss.

26cm wustoff trident chefs knife

Love it!!!!! As a chef I own both Japanese style and more European style knifes I much prefer my ' trident' and everten were great in the ordering and the delivery of my knifes all done quickly and effectively. I recommend everten again for all my chefs gear
