Attractive appearance, nicely balanced,

Attractive appearance, nicely balanced, comfortable handle very easy to clean, no crevices. Seems to hold its edge. Fine for boning Cuts well but a little less metal in the blade would make it slice better.

Ok I am Sold

Ok I am Sold on this Knife from Scanpan. I know its a boning knife, but I have just filleted 28 Sweetlip and 9 Coral Tout and still have not needed to sharpen the blade! This is by far my best filleting knife!! Great Price Again Everten!!!

You won`t find better

I looked very hard for a good boning knife it took my a while until I found this one from Everten, it can`t be beaten for style, comfort and most of all quality.
