The Le Creuset Toughed Non-Stick Glass Lid is suitable for use with the same sized TNS and enameled cast iron pans. This lid is not recommended for use with Le Creuset's 3ply range. This clear glass lid allows you to check the food while you are cooking without disturbing the progress or temperature. This lid will ensure moisture and flavour is retained and converts your conventional frypan into one for poaching, braising or casseroles. This heat resistant glass lid with a stainless steel handle has a 26cm diameter.
