This Global ceramic sharpener has 2 ceramic wheels, one that restores the edge and a finer wheel that makes your knife incredibly sharp for effortless cutting. The global ceramic water sharpener is suitable for all knives with the exception of heavy bolstered knives, one-sided blades, and specialty knives. Replacement wheels are available as a separate purchase.

The price on this

The price on this sharpener is very competitive - approx $30 cheaper than at the stores. My experience is ALL GOOD with this sharpener - good value.
