Keep your favourite kitchen knives razor sharp with the Edge Master Professional Whetstone. The 240/1000 grit is ideal to repair damaged edges and resharpen dull knives. Flip over and use the medium 1000 grit resharpening your dull knives. Choose the grit based on your knife's condition. The kit also includes one large and small guide rail. Just make sure to keep the stone's surface wet while sharpening! Kit includes: 1x box sharpening station. 1 x corundum whetstone 240/1000 Grit. 1 x small sharpening angle guide knife. 1 x large sharpening angle guide knife. 1 x diamond stone flattener.

Cleaning and care Rinse with water then leave to dry in a well-ventilated area.
Do not use to sharpen serrated knives or scissors.
To avoid knife damage, sharpen it by employing light pressure. 
Use the entire surface of the stone, so as to maintain evenness during sharpening.  Avoid letting the whetstone fall or other similar impacts.
