Absolutely wicked, I have never had any problems with food welding itself to the surface as when you allow the food to actually cook it will allow you to turn it, and you get the best fond on the surface of your frypan add some hot water deglaze by rubbing a spatula to lift the surface and I pour it over my steak delicious, also by deglazing the pan you’re cleaning it and all you need to do is wash with hot soapy water, you will never get results from a nonstick frypan’s I cannot recommend this highly enough , I have now completed my set and my home is free from chemicals ❤️
