The pans blue colour steel comes from thermal treatment and provides the pans with the initial protection against oxidation. Once seasoned and used on a frequent basis, the pans will get darker and will become naturaly non stick. The Force Blue Steel pans are suitable on all heat sources including moderate power Induction.
