Mac Professional Granton Chef Knife 20cm
This is a superb knife of high quality. I read a review of 20 centimeter Chef's Knives and this one made the top 10. It has good balance and is light in the Japanese style and has a very sharp edge which holds well. It is not as broad as some other knives, but its attributes in other areas more than compensates. This is a must buy knife at a fair price. "Bob Kramer" Zwilling knives might be better but they are double the price.

I ordered 3 knives from Everten. 1 knife arrived with a fault and The team at Everten were excellent in assisting with a replacement. They organised the return freight and new knife in no time. Communication and customer service was second to none, will be buying from here again! Thanks very much!
Beautiful knife
Great knife is well balanced and nicely shaped. However it's in competition to my Tojiro dp3, which I think is still, for me, a better knife, particularly in regard to the finish and feel at the bolster. Very sharp but will get it fine tuned at the knife doctor here in Brisbane
