Bought this bread knife from Everten five years ago, I use it almost everyday (except on my days off) It's beautiful! I have never needed to sharpen once in the entire five years I've used it. Worth every dollar spent!

This bread knife is so good to use, I used to hate cutting bread with my old bread knife but I can now slice the bread with a consistent thickness. I though it was my lack of skill but it was just that i needed a decent knife, no need for slice guides, wish i had of bought it much sooner.
