Great for freezing soups!
I'm loving the large cube size for freezing soups, dips and small portions of leftover stews/casseroles etc. One cube is a kid size portion. It can take a bit of washing to remove strong smells like garlic though.

This is the BEST ice cube tray I have ever used. Being made of silicone it is very easy to extract the cubes and being a scotch drinker, these cubes work better than anything else.
