Great bread baker

I love this baker, I like the fact that it has a flat bottom piece which is easier to get your bread dough on instead of using a Dutch oven, and when you take the lid off for the rest of the cooking time, it will have more of a crust and therefore doesn’t really need for the bread to go directly onto the oven rack as some recipes recommend

Excellent

I have used the baker several times so far and find the bread that I have been making for years comes out beautifully risen and light. Should have purchased one a long time ago.
