Mince Pie tins

My mince pie tins were old and I had thrown them out thinking I'd be able to easily buy new ones come Christmas. However, after going to all the baking shops in town (Townsville) I could only get muffin tins which are too deep and big for mince pies. I was very pleased to find them on your website with the added attraction of the little holes to bake a crusty base. I make my own mincemeat and using the Bakemaster Perfect Crust Shallow Pan they came out beautifully.

Great Trays

The holes in bottom of trays are great so the pastry cooks better. These are the only trays i use now when making mini quiches.
