Quick & Easy Beef Burrito Recipe in the Scanpan HaptIQ Chef Pan

Hey foodies. My name is Rose, and I’m the creative head behind Nish Kitchen, a food blog focusing on everyday recipes that are guaranteed to please everyone in your family. And this beef burrito skillet is an amazingly delicious way to cook your weeknight meal - quick, easy and healthy. Made in the Scanpan HaptIQ covered chef pan, this recipe is all about the classic Mexican burrito deconstructed to create a fabulous meal in a skillet. Yes, it’s a one pan dinner idea made just for you to make your life much easier. Minced meat, salsa, black beans and tortillas are combined together with a generous touch of taco seasoning to create this ultimate dinner. The high quality non-stick surface and even heat distribution of the Scanpan HaptIQ delivers exceptional cooking performance. I was totally impressed by the level of perfection when it comes to browning minced meat. Moreover, this pan is suitable for all cooktops including ceramic and induction. Here’s the step-by-step process of making this beef burrito skillet. Start by browning the minced meat. If you’re after a healthy recipe, make sure to choose a lean version of meat. Baked beans is a quintessential ingredient of Mexican burritos. Apart from baked beans, you’ll also need salsa, a generous sprinkle of taco seasoning and plenty of cheese. Cook this for a few minutes before adding in cut tortillas or cooked rice. I like to top this burrito skillet with plenty of chopped avocados, tomatoes and coriander (cilantro) leaves.
